Any reference to  'DatManBu' or its variations, 'We', 'Us' or 'Our' on this site means David unless  the context makes it obvious, eg in an article written by another person  referring to his or her family.

We are not able to control the content of any other website. Therefore any links to other websites are provided for your convenience and we do not accept liability of any form for the content and information therein. We think that information on this website is understood by anybody with an average intelligence and a basic understanding of the specific topic. If we have included information prepared by a third party it is only to allow a wider public access to it and is not an endorsement of our agreement with it or our recommendation that you act on it. Send the item in an email with the following licence agreement included in the text of the email. If they are very large please supply them on a CD with a file containing the wording of the licence agreement.(Just change the"nnnnn" to your name.)

Licence Agreement between nnnnn and David (DatManbu)

In respect of the attached file(s) I grant DatManbu a perpetual licence to

* store the image or document in electronic form or derived printed format

* present the work on  DatManbu Websites, magazine or other medium

* sell printed or derived copies for commercial gain

* benefit from any sales of printed or derived copies of the item through the website, magazine or other medium

* modify the item, eg crop or resize it, superimpose or merge it with another

* but not to transfer any rights to a third party without agreement from the copyright holder, nor to sell or distribute an electronic copy of the item other than on a web page

In the event that DatManbu ceases the images will not be transferred to its successor without the permission of the copyright owner and this licence will expire.

The author will waive moral rights to be identified as the author of one's work, although DatManbu will try to acknowledge it.

The author can revoke this agreement at any time by notifying us in any written form that is accepted by a Court of Justice and allowing a period of grace to remove the work from our systems. (this includes electronic format where a timestamp is applied and the sender ip address shows on the document)
